The condensed, half-day format of this camp is designed to promote high intensity for the duration of the camp. Through the support, encouragement, and high-performance mentality of our coaches and guest instructors/speakers, we aim to create a demanding and challenging, yet positive and rewarding environment for our athletes.

On-Ice (2 back-to-back hours)
