The Tatum White Development Camp is an all-female hockey camp. Tatum White Hockey Development aims to provide players with an environment where they can feel comfortable pushing outside their comfort zones. Not only are players surrounded by other female players, but the entirety of our staff is also composed of current or former high-level female players, providing mentorship, inspiration, and real-life role models for many of the ever-growing opportunities available in today's world of women's hockey.
The camp includes two, 1-hour on-ice skill development sessions each day. These sessions include skating, puck handling, passing, and small-area game situations. With a 5:1 player-to-coach ratio, each player will be thoroughly coached by our highly-qualified, all-female staff.
On Monday, July 6th at the end of the camp day, Tatum White and Darcie Lappan will be hosting a free, optional parent/guardian meeting. The "What It Takes" talk is designed to provide insight into the commitment that it truly takes, by both players and parents, to reach the next level. Come hear from two passionate coaches who have found success in their playing careers, largely thanks to the dedication and commitment of their parents.
Each day, players will have the opportunity to hear from camp coaches and/or guest speakers about a variety of hockey topics, including the PWHL and other women's professional leagues, nutrition, university hockey, and off-ice training.

Each day, players will participate in an outdoor workout. This will include:
- Circuit-style workouts
- Conditioning/running workouts
- Sprint sessions
- Agility, proprioception, and explosiveness workouts
- A TW Hockey jersey to keep after the conclusion of camp
- Healthy snacks daily, including granola bars, fruit, and Gatorade
